Annex 11, p 2 has a new Paragraph 4.2.3.2 which provides for the following:
[1] Types of fuel;
[2] Density (kg/m3);
[3] Low Calorific Value (kJ/kg);
[4] Filling rate for tanks.
The new values according to fuel type are as following:
[1[ Diesel/gas oil:
[a] Density - 900;
[b] Low Calorific Value - 42700;
[c] Filling rate for tanks - 0.98.
[2] Heavy Fuel Oil:
[a] Density - 991;
[b] Low Calorific Value - 40200;
[c] Filling rate for tanks - 0.98.
[3] Liquefied natural gas (LNG):
[a] Density - 450;
[b] Low Calorific Value - 48000;
[c] Filling rate for tanks - 0.95.
