Dear Committee Members,
As you may be aware, the constitution of IMSML (as attached) requires the Annual General Meeting of IMSML (“AGM”) to be held by 30th April every year. However, given the COVID-19 situation, the Registrar of Societies has banned all societies from holding any activities, including annual general meetings, until 30 June 2020. Please see the attached media statement from the Registrar of Societies for more details.
Accordingly, the AGM which was due to be held in April 2020 will now be postponed. The new date of the AGM will be announced in due course. A formal notification will also be sent to all members to inform them of the postponement.
