Held on July 16, 2019, the evening talk entitled "What’s New in Marine Insurance ?" gave participants an invaluable update on marine insurance. The presentation on “IMO 2020 Sulphur Cap, Don’t Sulphur The Consequences” was delivered by Ms Gho Sze Kee from The Shipowners’ Mutual Protection and Indemnity Association Singapore. Another speaker, Natasha Rai from Clasis LLC (in association with Clyde & Co Singapore) shared her experience on a General Average claim on behalf of cargo interests in connection with the CMA CGM LIBRA at the London Admiralty Court.
