Nov 29-30, 2022, AIAC Kuala Lumpur - The Maritime Law Course is a 2-day intensive course aimed to enhance and develop knowledge of the principles and practice of maritime law, which includes the function, scope and application of maritime law and the key legal concepts in admiralty claims, carriage of goods by sea contracts and marine casualties.
Participants also receive practical guidance from experienced maritime legal practitioners who expounded the key principles and provided understanding of the complex laws and contracts used in the maritime industry.
